Welcome to The Rockwell
2688 Broadway, Upper West Side
Shortly after purchasing the site of the controversial Marrakech Hotel for $44 million, Toll Brothers demolished the building and filed permits for a new building to rise on the site. The building has been named in honor of American artist Norman Rockwell, who was born on the same block, and the apartments are expected to nod to timeless Upper West Side elegance. Amenities will include a fitness studio, a music room, a screening room, a children's playroom, a lounge with a terrace, and a rooftop terrace with a fire pit and grills.
