There has been much discussion about how to convert empty offices to residential use, and Society House has done that with an early 20th-century loft building on the Garment District-Hudson Yards border. The first two floors will house the TF Chen Cultural Center, and the apartments on top will feature high ceilings, oversized windows, modern kitchens, and smart intercoms. Amenities and perks will include a fitness center, a lounge, a rooftop garden with dining and lounge furniture, and special access to TF Chen Cultural Center events.
